Carl enjoys advising and guiding new businesses and helping them transition.
Carl joined ROCG in August 1993, having previously worked for investment group Southern Capital Ltd. During this time Carl has accumulated significant knowledge and expertise in the areas of audit and tax for SMEs, SMSFs, Not for Profit organizations, sporting clubs and private companies.
Carl has great experience assisting new businesses, advising them on formation of corporations and business structures, structuring commercial transactions and as well as planning for tax.
