Managing Director

A Peninsula local, Ian Davey’s career has taken him from working with a range of significant clients including major Victorian racing and sporting clubs in Melbourne, practicing closer to home in Mornington at ROCG, where he specialises in business development and SMEs.

I want to increase awareness of how clients can work on their businesses, not just in them.

With his background in business, Ian has a rare understanding of the challenges faced by business owners. He enjoys working one on one with clients, problem solving and consulting to help optimise business practice. Ian has a keen understanding that good accountants are more than bookkeepers, but consultants, mentors, and coaches.
